My private coaching practice centers on taking high performers who feel disconnected from their health back to a place where their body supports their ambition instead of slowing it down.

I’ve spent over a decade helping people rebuild their health during some of the hardest seasons of their lives. When life knocks you down, your foundation cracks. And when that happens, you rebuild — slowly, consistently, one step at a time.

It’s about understanding your body, trusting yourself again, and learning how to take ownership of your health without overcomplicating it.

Food — eat real food that actually fuels you.

Movement — learn how your body works and what it needs.

Recovery — rest and reset like it matters, because it does.

Discipline — do the things you said you’d do, even when it’s inconvenient.

Because when your health slips, everything around you feels it — your work, your relationships, your confidence, and the people who rely on you.

Private Clients

Every coaching relationship begins with an in-person assessment. I come to you to understand your daily routine, environment, and lifestyle so I can identify what’s supporting your health—and what’s getting in the way.

From there, we work together in a dedicated weekly in-person coaching block. The length of time varies based on what your life requires that week. Some weeks are focused and structured. Others are more extended and integrated.

We focus on strength, movement, and mobility, or shift toward nutrition, stress, and recovery. In some cases, the work takes place inside your environment—your home, a grocery store, or your day-to-day life.
